Lara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who is passionate about collaborating with children and their families to create personalized solutions that cater to their unique needs and lifestyles. Whether guiding children through challenging behaviors and emotions, assisting families in supporting a child navigating trauma, or helping clients manage major life transitions, Lara is dedicated to fostering family cohesion. She empowers children and teens to build resilience and equips them with healthy coping strategies for lasting growth.

 

Lara earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University and a Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College. Before joining Greenville Child Psychology, she completed her practicum at Emerge Family Therapy, gaining valuable experience working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages, addressing a broad range of concerns. Additionally, she provided both group and individual play therapy sessions for preschool-aged children in a school-based setting.
